Refund Policy & Terms of Service
At Baseline Sites, we believe in fair, transparent partnerships. Because we build fully custom, high-performance websites tailored specifically to your business, our refund policy is tied directly to the deployment status of your project.
Before Your Site Goes Live — 100% Refundable
Your setup fee is fully refundable at any time before your website is officially deployed live to your custom domain. During this initial development phase, you will review and approve your site via a private, secure preview link.
If you change your mind for any reason before deployment, your setup fee will be returned in full, no questions asked.
Once Your Site Is Live — Non-Refundable
Once the final website is deployed live to your custom domain — typically within 24–48 hours of purchase — the setup fee is considered fully earned and becomes non-refundable to cover initial development labor.
At this point, your site is live, your domain is connected, and the work is complete. If you have concerns about your site after launch, reach out to us directly at [email protected] and we will work with you to make it right.
Cancellation & Code Portability
You can cancel your $39/month hosting subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, at which point your hosting will be paused.
Because we never hold businesses hostage — if you choose to cancel your subscription down the road, we will provide a complete, static export of your website files free of charge upon request, allowing you to move your code to any new host or developer seamlessly.
